iPhone setup instructions
1. Open your iPhone or iPad’s Settings.
2. Tap Mail > Accounts. (Depending on your iOS version, you might need to tap Passwords & Accounts.)
3. Tap Add Account.
4. Select the Other account type.
5. Tap Add Mail Account.
6. Enter your account details, and tap Next.
7. Tap IMAP.
8. Under New Account, in the Incoming Mail Server section, enter:
- Host name as imap.secureserver.net
- Your Professional Email User Name and Password
9. In the Outgoing Mail Server section, enter:
- Host name as smtpout.secureserver.net
- Your Professional Email User Name and Password
10 Tap Next. Your Mail app will discover your account settings and load your email.
11. Exit the Settings app and tap Mail to open the app.
Android setup instructions
1. Open your Email app.
- New users: you’ll see Set up Email.
- Existing users: select Menu, tap Settings, and select Add account.
2. On the Set up Email screen, select Other.
3. Enter your Email address and Password, and tap Sign in.
The Samsung Email app auto-discovers your email account settings and loads your email.
